1 Description.
The system give professional help to suicide people, trying improving communication between this people, their relatives and the specialists, this would change their minds about what they wanna do.
The users will be those people in a situation that make them think taking their life away is the only one solution to their issues; the people in the support centers (Salvemos una Vida), and the specialists.
2 Justification.
The suicide is one of the main causes of death in Yucatán, also being the 3th place in national level of the states with the higher suicide index (source INEGI).
The objective of this application is to try people don’t decide to suicide and supporting them and their relatives, specialists and organizations around this problem.
3 Application functionalities.
It´ll be a 24/7 support service web site, chat with experts and support groups, informative and motivational multimedia content. Also will be a calendar including social, sports, and safe entertainment activities. It´ll create a virtual friendship whit all the users.

3.1 Non Functional requirements.
• Quick Load.
•The users will be the suicide tendencies people, and the specialists and experts who tender support to that people.
•To collect systems requirements the specialists and experts will be interviewed.
•The analysis of collected data will be through team sessions.
•The specialists will be required to get info about how to develop the web site.

Carlos has problems and he needs to talk to somebody. He hear about the web site NuevaVida and go find it. When he found it he has to register his user info, so he do that easily, provides his mail (if he has one), name, address, telephone and password, then he sign in immediately.
When he is in, he find a chat tab and decides to try it. There are several users on line and realize that they are mostly psychologists, he decides to starts a chat with one of them. Open up the chat y he feels comfortable, he ask the specialist (he is chatting to) for an appointment for the next day. He continues with the page tour and find interesting videos and free cultural activities. Finally he feel better then sign out session.

Francisco, is one of the specialist that help on the web site. He sign in typing his user name and password. When he is online, starts a support chat session to provide patients attention while he is on content management, adding multimedia files. He finish his watch, then he sign out the session.
